Beginning from the Summer Term of 2025, in addition to the Internship Application Documents, undergraduate students of our department will also be required to submit a “Certificate of Entitlement” (Müstehaklık Belgesi).

This document can be obtained via the E-Government portal (https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/). After logging into the system, type “Müstehaklık” into the search bar. From the search results, select “Social Security Institution SPAS Entitlement Inquiry (Health Provision Activation System)”. Click on “Generate Document with Barcode” at the top right of the relevant page to create and print the document.

The printed, barcoded Certificate of Entitlement must be submitted to the Department Secretariat along with the other internship application documents.

The necessary updates have been made on the Internship Application Forms section of the Faculty website (https://sci.iyte.edu.tr/staj-basvuru-formlari/). The Certificate of Entitlement has been added to the list of required documents, along with detailed information on how to obtain it.
