Mission and Vision
Mission
To conduct theoretical and applied undergraduate and graduate education and research activities in application areas that involve the use of organic and/or inorganic structures, such as:
- Light-converting devices,
- Light-emitting materials and devices,
- Next-generation solar cells,
- Field-effect transistors,
- Sensors and bioelectronics,
- Printed memory and circuits.
Additionally, to support the R&D activities of relevant national and international industries (e.g., glass, lighting, solar power, display, healthcare, defense, electronics, etc.) and to meet the demand for qualified professionals.
Vision
To be an international department that conducts theoretical and experimental R&D on photonic and molecular electronic materials, device components, and production techniques for systems using a systems science and engineering approach, serving as a model in university-industry collaboration.
