As part of the Sector Spectrum events organized in collaboration with the İYTE Optics and Photonics Society and the IEEE İYTE Photonics Society, we had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Ahmet Turnalı on Thursday, November 28, 2024. Dr. Turnalı is one of Optica’s 2024 Ambassadors and works as a Laser Engineer at the US-based company Corning.

During the event, Dr. Turnalı shared his valuable insights, discussing the intricacies of laser engineering, career paths, and the latest advancements in the field. The session provided an inspiring perspective for our students as they plan their future careers.
