We are honored that our faculty member, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Yağmurcukardeş, has been awarded the 49th Sedat Simavi Science Award, one of Türkiye’s most prestigious accolades.

He is awarded due to his study titled, “Anisotropic structural, vibrational, electronic, optical, and elastic properties of single-layer hafnium pentatelluride: an ab initio study”.
