Congratulations to our 4th-year student Zeynep Saatcı and the high school team for winning the regional championship in the 55th TÜBİTAK High School Students Research Projects Competition in the field of Technological Design-Wearable Technologies.

In the project, a system was developed aiming to detect the freezing phenomenon observed in Parkinson’s patients and provide appropriate alerts to the patient using machine learning techniques.

We applaud Zeynep and the team for their contributions to scientific research, innovation, and community engagement, and wish them continued success both nationally and internationally!
